Digital Marketing Account Manager Job Description
Ready to start a career in digital marketing? AltaVista Strategic Partners is hiring entry to mid level digital marketers to support its rapidly growing national client base. Digital marketing account managers work directly with clients on a daily basis to make sure their marketing goals are being accomplished. In addition to regular client interaction, account managers will execute a variety of digital marketing campaigns on the client's behalf including:
  • Building and managing social media profiles on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.
  • Developing, launching, and managing social media ad campaigns
  • Editing images in Photoshop/Illustrator for various marketing campaigns
  • Writing and sending email marketing campaigns
  • Building and managing paid search marketing campaigns on Google
  • Working with client's to develop relevant website content and blogs
  • Graphic design for marketing collateral
  • Assisting with special client projects and initiatives as needed
Technology Based Skills & Certifications
The best candidates will have beginner to intermediate experience with one or more of the following:
  • Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator
  • HootSuite
  • Facebook Ads Manager
  • LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Google AdWords
  • Google Analytics
  • Google My Business
  • Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.
  • Email Marketing Software (MailChimp, Constant Contact, etc.)
  • YEXT Local SEO Platform
  • Reputation Stacker
  • Wordpress, Drupal, Joomla, HTML 5, or similar
  • SalesForce
Job Requirements
All candidates must possess the following skills and qualifications:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • College degree in marketing, communications, a related field or 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Basic knowledge of Mircosoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook
  • Willingness to work as part of a team and take direction
  • Basic Photoshop or graphic design skills
  • Ability to develop processes to streamline execution of routine tasks
  • Available to work in office outside of paid vacation, sick leave, and holidays - no teleworking
