Hootsuite Buys AdEspresso Expanding Social Ad Capabilities

Google Wins Long Running Florida Court Battle

In a legal dispute that has been running for years, a ruling was finally issued last week in Google's favor. The e-Ventures Worldwide vs. Google case, which many say should have been dismissed years ago. The ruing states that Google has the right to remove websites viewed as SPAM from search results under and the right is protected under the first amendment.
